Minimum rental time is 4 hours. Maximum rental time is 8 hours.
Payment will be due once Upper Darby Township Recreation has approved your request. An invoice with payment instructions will be emailed to you. No permit for use of areas will be issued until payment is received in full. Please note that Upper Darby Township does not accept cash payments.
Refunds will only be issued if written notice of cancellation is received by the Recreation Office no less than five (5) days prior to the event. All permit holders will be offered a rain date.
Single use rate: Groups of twenty-five (25) or more individuals must obtain a permit for the use of Township Ball Fields.
Seasonal rate:
A seventy-five dollar ($75) security deposit is required for organizations requesting use of snack stands at ball fields. Security deposit will be returned to the organization upon inspection completed by Recreation staff, and snack stand found to be in satisfactory conditions for future permit holders.
