· Parking Tickets are $25.00 if paid within seven (7) days.

· $35.00 if paid between eight (8) and thirty (30) days.

· Failure to pay parking tickets will result in a citation being filed with the District Justice. This may lead to a summons and/or warrant of arrest. If found guilty of violating a parking ordinance or statute, the fine increases to $50.00 plus costs of prosecution and Township attorney fees.

· Tickets older than 30 days are not eligible to be paid at the Parking Office or online through the Patrol Portal. They must be paid at District Court, located at 1550 Garrett Road, Upper Darby.
