Parking Enforcement maintains and operates municipal parking lots throughout Upper Darby Township
- Municipal Parking Lot #1 (Garrett Road and Chestnut Street)
o Rates: $1 hourly, $10 daily, or $70 for a monthly spot.
o Monthly permits must be applied for through the Patrol Portal and are subject to space availability.
o Features: Two solar-powered kiosks accepting coins, bills, and credit cards and six (6) electric vehicle charging stations.
- Municipal Parking Lot #2 (West Chester Pike and Bywood Avenue)
o Municipal Lot 2 is pay-by-plate. You do not pay for an individual parking space.
o Rates: $1 hourly, $10 daily, or $70 for a monthly spot. Pay through Mobile Pay (sign is located on the booth).
o Monthly permits must be applied for through the Patrol Portal and are subject to space availability.
o "Reserved" spaces are for monthly permit holders.
o Vehicles parked in designated handicap spaces must have a handicap registration plate or placard displayed.
o Spots are not to be reserved with cones or other objects. Objects placed in parking spaces will be removed.
- Chatham Lot is metered or Mobile Pay lot located on Chatham Road in the 6700 block of Market Street.
- Fairfield Lot is a metered or Mobile Pay lot located at the intersection of Bywood & Fairfield Ave across the street from H-Mart.
- Jones Lot is a metered or Mobile Pay lot located on the 3700 block of Jones Street between Burmont and Edmonds near Garrettford Elementary School.
- Long Lane Lot is located at the intersection of Long Lane and Clinton Road.
- Sansom Lot is a metered or Mobile Pay lot that also provides parking for Township employees and is located on the 100 block of Long Lane between Court Ave and Sansom Street.
- Wellington Lot is a Mobile Pay lot located at the intersection of Market Street and Wellington Road.
