Forms and Fees Schedule

The Department of Licenses & Inspections provides forms and establishes fees for permits, licenses, and related applications in accordance with Township ordinances.

All applications, fees, and supporting documentation must be submitted and approved prior to the issuance of any permit or license.


Important Notice – Applications and Payments

Submission of an application or payment does not constitute approval or issuance of a permit or license.

  • A receipt or proof of payment is not a permit
  • Work may not begin and activities may not commence until an official permit or license has been issued by the Township
  • Permits and licenses are only considered issued once the applicant has received the official permit placard, license certificate, or written approval

Any work performed or activity conducted without an issued permit or license may result in enforcement action.


Application Submission Requirements

Applications will only be considered complete and accepted for review when all required items have been submitted.

This includes:

  • Completed application form
  • Payment of all applicable fees
  • Required supporting documentation (plans, specifications, insurance, etc.)

Incomplete applications will not be processed and may be returned to the applicant.

The Department reserves the right to request additional information as needed to complete the review.
