All applications, fees, and supporting documentation must be submitted and approved prior to the issuance of any permit or license.
Submission of an application or payment does not constitute approval or issuance of a permit or license.
Any work performed or activity conducted without an issued permit or license may result in enforcement action.
Applications will only be considered complete and accepted for review when all required items have been submitted.
