All discount and face amount payment periods will be extended for 2024.

Real estate tax, sewer charges, and trash fees are mailed in the first week of February each year. 

Real estate tax (aka municipal property taxes) have a 2% discount until April 20 for this year, and are due on June 20.  After June 20, there is a 10% penalty for late payment. 

Sewer and Trash fees are due on June 20 this year. There is a 10% penalty for payment after June 20.

Final date for all is December 31, 2024.

Please include a self-addressed stamped envelope when you mail your taxes or fees to the Tax Office.
