The Upper Darby Small Business Empowerment Hub exists to uplift small business owners and entrepreneurs with the expert support needed to grow and thrive.

The Hub provides professional business resources, workshops, and access to grants — all at zero cost to Upper Darby small business owners. 

Who Is This For?

Whether you're just starting out, aiming to stabilize, or ready to grow, The Hub is here for you. 

The Hub serves small businesses located in Upper Darby that have:

• up to 50 employees 
• annual revenue up to $1,000,000

The Hub provides professional business advising, workshops, and access to grants — all at no cost to Upper Darby small business owners. These services are made possible through Upper Darby Township's investment in our small business community.

What Kind of Support Is Available?

• One-on-one sessions with experienced business experts, covering business planning, financial management, marketing, branding, digital strategy, licensing, and more.
• Group sessions on topics like accounting, marketing on a budget, accessing capital, and hiring employees.
• Connections & Referrals: The Hub connects business owners to local lenders, workforce partners, legal support, and other resources throughout the region.
• Financial support will be available through several grant programs, such as:

• Business Corridor Revitalization

• Essential Business Equipment

• Façade Improvements

• Workforce Development
