Community Needs Survey

Upper Darby Township Community & Economic Development is pleased to announce the that Upper Darby is currently preparing its Five-Year Consolidated Plan for the period of 2026-2030 (Program Years 52 through 56) and is 2026 Annual Action Plan (Action Plan for Program Year 52, commencing in October of 2026) for the expenditure of Community Block Development Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funding.

Safe Streets for All (SS4A) Survey

Upper Darby is seeking feedback on safety improvement concept plans for four key areas within the Township. These safety improvement concept plans will be part of the Safe Streets for All Plan.
