Planning Commission
The Upper Darby Planning Committee guides land use and land development within the township. The Planning Committee makes recommendations to Township Council concerning the Zoning Ordinance and zoning maps. This commission reviews land subdivision and land development applications.

Upper Darby Township is currently seeking residents who are interested in serving on the Planning Commission Board.
Requirements: No experience required but knowledge of Land Development, Planning, Building, Real Estate, or other relevant experience a plus.
Planning Commission meets on the 2nd Monday of each month.
Must be a resident of Upper Darby Township.

The Planning Commission Meets on second Monday of the Month at 7:00PM in Room 203, 100 Garrett Road, Upper Darby, PA 19082. All meetings are recorded and streamed live on YouTube.
