Contractor Requirements

All Contractors performing work within Upper Darby Township are required to possess the appropriate license and pay a non-refundable fee per Chapter 265: Contractors. Thank you for providing services to Upper Darby residents and business owners and for helping to ensure qualified professionals perform the work.

Relevant Licenses:

• New Contractor License Application 
• Contractor License Renewal Application

Home Improvement Contractor Licenses are issued by the state. The current list of licensed Home Improvement Contractors can be viewed at the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General.

Applications must be completed and either mailed with a check or money order or can be emailed to LI@upperdarby.org and paid online with a credit card at upperdarby.org/codepay
