Myron McNeely, 5th District

Biography

Myron McNeely is a Councilperson for the 5th district in Upper Darby. Elected in 2025, he was sworn in May 8, 2025. He is a loving husband to his wife, Marcia McNeely, father of two, and caregiver to his older sister. Myron has lived with his family in Delaware County for twenty years. He retired after 32 years from SEPTA in 2014. The last eight years, Myron has served on the Upper Darby Democratic Committee as Vice Chairman as well as being a member of the Delaware County Black Caucus where he has sat as the Chair of Judicial and Law Committee and is now one of five Conveners.
