Biography

Andrew Hayman is the Councilor for the 5th district in Upper Darby. Elected in 2021, he was sworn in on January 3, 2022. Andrew is currently the Folcroft Borough Manager and previously worked for State Representative Mike Zabel. Andrew lives in Upper Darby with his wife, Jen, and his son, David.
