We’re excited to share an opportunity to join a meaningful and fun community event happening this Saturday, May 17, 2025 — the Brad Schoener MusicMan 5K Run and 1 Mile Spirit Walk at Arlington Cemetery in Drexel Hill.

 Arlington Cemetery 
 2900 State Road, Drexel Hill, PA 19026 
 Look for the tent on Arlington Field behind the Arlington Mansion (Toppitzer Funeral Home). 

🕗 Event Schedule: 

• 8:15 AM: Warm-Up with the YMCA Trainers 

• 8:30 AM: "Inflate-a-Fun Run" School Spirit Challenge 

• 9:00 AM: 5K Run & 1 Mile Spirit Walk Start 

• Live music along the route — drumlines, flute choirs, bagpipes, and more! 

🎶 Unique finisher medals (yes, real harmonicas!) 
 🏅 Age Group Awards & Gold-Plated Harmonicas for top finishers 

🙋 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! 
 We also need race marshals and volunteers from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM to ensure a safe and fun event.

About Brad Schoener & the MusicMan Fund 
 Brad Schoener, a beloved music director in Upper Darby for 25 years, inspired thousands of students before passing in 2009. Proceeds from the event support the Brad Schoener Memorial Music Fund and its MusicMan Academy, providing instruments, lessons, and opportunities for students in the Upper Darby School District.
