New Parking System Underway

🚗 Attention Upper Darby Parking Customers! 🚗 

Today’s the day! Thursday, May 1st, we officially transitioned from Passport to T2 Systems (United Public Safety) for all mobile payments, permits, and parking enforcement needs. 

Three key updates:  

🔹 The new blue and white Mobile Pay signs throughout the Township are active. 

🔹 The Patron Portal is live: https://www.tocite.net/upperdarby/Portal 
🔹 The new automated payment phone number (484-286-5858) is active for ticket payments over the phone.
