New Parking System Reminder

🚗 Attention Upper Darby Parking Customers! 🚗 

As a reminder, this Thursday, May 1st, we will officially transition from Passport to T2 Systems (United Public Safety) for all mobile payments, permits, and parking enforcement needs. 

Please be aware that during the day on Thursday, there may be brief delays in the ability to make parking ticket payments as we work with the project management team. 

Three key updates:  

🔹 The new blue and white Mobile Pay signs throughout the Township will become active. 

🔹 The Patron Portal will go live: https://www.tocite.net/upperdarby/Portal 
🔹 The new automated payment phone number (484-286-5858) will become active for ticket payments over the phone.
