As we prepare to transition to T2 Systems for parking services, Upper Darby Township will discontinue use of JackRabbit as the credit card payment service for Municipal Parking Lot Permits on Friday, April 25, 2025.
Starting May 1, 2025, all monthly parking lot and residential parking permits must be obtained through our new Upper Darby Patrol Portal.

📝 How to Apply:
- Click “View Permits”
- Select “Register” under Municipal Lot 1, 2, or Residential
- Create an account (required for auto-renewal and saving your info)
- Choose your payment method:
- Online for credit card payments
- In-person for cash, check, or money order (lot attendant or Parking Department window)
- Click “Purchase Permit” – your application will be submitted for review
- If paying online, your card will be charged once your application is approved
