Delaware County Community College Southeast Center Campus in Drexel Hill Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
Upper Darby Mayor Ed Brown was among those on hand Friday, March 27, 2026, for a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the new Delaware County Community College Southeast Center Campus located at 409 N. Lansdowne Ave, Drexel Hill, Pa.
The new DCCC campus is located on the old site of Archbishop Prendergast High School, which merged with Monsignor Bonner in 2012, both high schools are housed next door in one building.
Upper Darby Township Council Members were also in attendance along with Upper Darby School District Board Members and DCCC President Marta Yera Cronin and US Secretary of Labor Lori Chavez-DeRemer.
The Southeast Campus opened in January 2026. The Center was designed to support a wide range of learners, including degree-seeking students, individuals pursuing short-term credentials, and those participating in workforce training and community education programs.
