PECO Underground Pipe Installation in Upper Darby

PECO Customer Letter regarding underground pipe work and road impact.

When: February 9, 2026

Where: Along Glenwood Ave from Penn Blvd to the Bike Path located in the PECO Electrical Easement. We will install gas main northbound through the Easement up to Lamport Rd and Ruskin Ln. On Ruskin Ln from Lamport Rd to Long Ln. On Long Ln from Ruskin Ln to Midway Ave. On Midway Ave from Long Ln to Hampden Rd. On Hampden Rd from Midway Ave to Marshall Rd. Work Will be completed Monday through Friday from 7am to 3pm.

· Work along Marshall Rd will start at Hampden Rd and finish at Ashton Rd. This stretch of work is to be performed during nighttime hours on Monday through Thursday from 7pm to 5am

· The project is expected to be completed in August 2026.
