2026 Upper Darby Township Council Members

Please join us in welcoming the 2026 Upper Darby Township Council Members (also pictured Mayor Brown and Treasurer Sayduzzaman)

Upper Darby Township swore in six new Township Council members on January 5, 2026.  

Marion Minnick, who has previously served on council, will now assume the position of Council President. Noah Fields will act as Council At Large and Vice President.  

Michelle Billups will continue as Council at Large and Secretary. Kyle McIntyre will also serve as Council At Large. 

Brian O’Neill will represent District 1, Jonathan McMahon: District 2, Melissa DiNofia-Bozzone: District 3, Danyelle Blackwell: District 4, Myron McNeely: District 5, David Bantoe: District 6, Syama Disa: District 7. 

Md Sayduzzaman will serve as Upper Darby Township Treasurer. 

On Wednesday, January 7, 2026, there will be a Council Special Meeting at 6:30pm and a Council Committee Meeting at 7pm. Both will be held in the Council Chambers in the Upper Darby Municipal Building. Upper Darby, Pennsylvania - Meetings and Agendas
