Upper Darby Police Lieutenant Honored by State

Upper Darby Police Lieutenant Laina Stevens was selected as one of only seventeen recipients statewide to receive the Governor’s Award, recognizing individuals who make a significant difference in their communities.

Upper Darby Mayor Edward Brown, Township CAO Crandall Jones and UDPD Superintendent Tim Bernhardt were on hand, joining Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro at the Governor’s Residence to recognize Lieutenant Stevens.

We appreciate Lt. Stevens as well as all our Upper Darby Police and Firefighters for their dedicated service to protecting our community.
