Mayor's Recreation Committee 

The mission of the recreation committee of Upper Darby is to promote opportunities for Upper Darby’s recreational spaces and the people who use them, develop and adopt written, enforceable standards and guidelines for recreation facilities, make recommendations to expand and diversify revenue options for recreational expenditures, and assist in promoting, supporting and enhancing the image of recreational facilities
