Any individual, corporation, or entity who owns real property within Upper Darby Township and desires to sell said property must first obtain a resale certificate from the Department of Licenses & Inspections and provide that resale certificate to the buyer of the property. (See the Ordinance HERE)

All applications should be emailed to resales@upperdarby.org.

*PLEASE NOTE* The Resale Application Review will not begin until ALL forms are completed and payment has been received.
