Tonight, Monday April 20, 5PM join us for a Police Pension Board meeting here in the 2nd floor meeting room of the Township building: 100 Garrett Road. This meeting will also be livestreamed in our Township YouTube channel.

This Friday, April 24, 2PM join us for the Naylor's Run Trail Section 5A Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony: 1500 Garrett Road, Upper Darby, Pa 19082. Upper Darby Township is proud to cut the ribbon on a new quarter-mile trail that will connect Garrett and Marshall Road's in Upper Darby Township. Located at 1500 Garrett Road across the street from Naylor's Run Park in the Beverly Hills Recreation Area. This new Trail section will provide a safe connection between Garrett and Marshall Road - one that is fully accessible for all residents. That includes children, seniors, and people with disabilities. It will also allow people to experience nature, fresh air, and another opportunity to get outside and live a healthy lifestyle. Among the attendees will be Mayor Ed Brown, Congresswoman Mary Gay Scanlon, Pennsylvania Senator Tim Kearney, Pa State Representatives Gina Curry and Heather Boyd.

This Saturday, April 25, 10AM - 1PM join us for the Upper Darby Township 2026 Pet Expo: Scullion Recreation Area, Gramercy Dr & Whitehall Dr, Clifton Heights, PA 19018. Hosted by our Upper Darby Township Recreation Department! Free Rabies Vaccinations, Distemper Vaccine, Bordetella (kennel cough) Vaccine, Microchipping, Dog Licenses, Adoption Information, Pet Resources, Free Petting Zoo. Free rabies vaccination is only available to pets of current Upper Darby residents (limit of 4 pets per household). Charges will apply for non-residents and for all other vaccinations and microchipping. Rain date for this event is Sunday, April 26, 2026.

Next Tuesday April 28, 7PM join us for a Zoning Hearing Board meeting here in the 2nd floor meeting room of the Township building: 100 Garrett Road. This meeting will also be livestreamed in our Township YouTube channel. Upper Darby Township is currently seeking residents who are interested in serving on the Zoning Hearing Board. No experience required but knowledge of zoning code, land development, planning, building, real estate, or other relevant experience a plus. Next Wednesday, April 29, 5:30PM - 7PM join us for an Open House at the Municipal building One Center: 100 Garrett Road. Provide community feedback on plans for a new Fitness Court and Park which would be located at 7000 Walnut Street. See renderings of the park plans as well as the proposed artwork for the Fitness Court mural. This project is made possible by a Community Development Block Grant and a grant from the National Fitness Campaign.
