Discount Phase - Pay Now through March 31, 2026
We are currently in the Discount phase of the Property Tax collection. Those writing checks now through March 31, 2026, should choose the discounted amount (3rd row down) from their bill.

Fees and Taxes from previous years are payable ONLY through Portnoff Associates. Please call 866-211-9466 or visit their website at www.portnoffonline.com.
Credit card and electronic check (ACH) payments are accepted. Fees will be added as follows: 2.65% for credit card transactions and $1.50 for ACH.

Requirements:
No experience required but knowledge of Zoning Code, Land Development, Planning, Building, Real Estate, or other relevant experience a plus
Zoning Hearing Board meets on the 4th Tuesday of each month
Must be a resident of Upper Darby Township
