Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board under “The Upper Darby Ordinance of 2010” will hold a regularly scheduled Public Hearing on Thursday January 24, 2019 at 7:00 P.M. in the Municipal Building, Council Room, Second Floor, located at 100 Garrett Road, Upper Darby, Pennsylvania. 1-2 of 19: Application of 41 S. Union Ave., LLC for Variance for relief from Article V, Section 501 to allow a Self-Storage facility with 80-foot front yard setback where 100 feet are required. It should be noted that existing building(s) on the subject parcel currently have zero- foot setback in several locations and Variance to permit an Impervious Coverage of 73.3% on Lot 2 where 70% is required. It should also be noted that the existing Impervious Coverage for the existing overall lot is 84.3%.
