PUBLIC NOTICE
UPPER DARBY TOWNSHIP
There will be a Committee Meeting of Upper Darby Township on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. Due to current CDC recommendations, Council members will be participating remotely and the meeting will be streamed to the public via YouTube live: https://www.youtube.com/upperdarbytwp. For those on Facebook, you can watch it from the Upper Darby Township Council page. Starting Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at 12 p.m. until Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at 7p.m., residents can call in to 484-393-5861 OR email their comments to comments@upperdarby.org with their name & address and they will be read into the record during the Public Comment section of the Meeting for up to 30 minutes. Any comments not read into the record at that time will be sent to Council if received by 7 p.m. on February 3, 2021.
There will also be a Public Hearing on proposed Ordinance No. 3090, followed by a vote and any other business that may come before Council at that time. Copies of this Ordinance are available for inspection at https://www.upperdarby.org. Public Comment for this Ordinance begins on Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at 12p.m. and ends at the conclusion of the Ordinance’s Public Hearing.

Upper Darby Township became incorporated as a township on August 31, 1736 from Darby Township. Today, Upper Darby Township is classified as a First Class Township operating under the Pennsylvania Home Rule Charter
