Property Maintenance is a division of the Licenses & Inspections Department which instills the quality of housing in all neighborhoods throughout the township. This is accomplished by using a select group of code enforcement officers who interact on a daily basis with the publicís concerns and requests.

This is done both on a proactive and reactive basis with each and every house in the township, which consists of approximately 28,000 homes and 150 miles of streets. Each code enforcement officer conducts on a daily basis inspections on properties within the boundaries of the township for the purpose of determining and enforcing whether property maintenance violations exist.
