Postponed to March 23rd-CDBG/HOME/ESG - Public Hearing - Public Needs Meeting

A public hearing will be held to obtain the views and comments of individuals and organizations relative to housing and community development needs that may be addressed by CDBG, HOME, and ESG funds during the next five years. The hearing will be held in the Upper Darby Township Municipal Building, 100 Garrett Road, Upper Darby PA, 19082. The hearing will also be streamed at https://www.youtube.com/upperdarbytwp. 

All interested residents, public agencies, and other interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing and present comments concerning housing and community development needs.

Written comments can also be submitted until March 30, 2026 by email to comdev@upperdarby.org, by USPS mail to Upper Darby CED, 100 Garrett Rd, Room 104, Upper Darby, PA 19082.
