No Trash and Recycling Collection

Due to inclement weather impacting roadways and alleys, Upper Darby Township will suspend trash and recycling services on Monday, January 26, 2026. 

The Township is not on Holiday schedule this week. Unfortunately, given the clean-up efforts and the condition of the alleys, Monday trash and recycling collection is suspended this week.

During this time, Township trash trucks will be assisting with major snow removal efforts at Public Works and other Township facilities. 

Trash and recycling collection is expected to resume on the regular schedule on Tuesday, January 27, 2026. 

Residents are asked not to place trash or recycling at the curb on Sunday evening, as crews will still be actively engaged in snow and weather-related cleanup.
