Tai Chi is an ancient form of meditative exercise.  Our Senior Tai Chi is a modified version of traditional Tai Chi, focusing on a simplified routine, which includes traditional characteristics and movements.  This low impact exercise helps to improve sequencing, memory, coordination and balance.  Movements can be performed while standing or seated if necessary.
