Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board under "The Upper Darby Ordinance of 2010" will hold a regularly scheduled Public Hearing on Thursday September 27, 2018 at 7:00 P.M. in the Municipal Building, Council Room, Second Floor, located at 100 Garrett Road, Upper Darby, Pennsylvania. The Board will consider matters within its jurisdiction and will receive testimony from persons who would be affected by the Granting of these Applications for Special Exception, Variance or Appeal from the terms of the aforesaid ordinances.

8-4 of 18: Application of Xiaobin Li and Guofang Wang for relief from Article III, Section 301 to allow an Elder Care Facility on the first floor consisting of four bedrooms, one family room, one living room and one staff office with two additional apartments in basement to be used for staff quarters and visiting family members; situate 34 Copley Road, Upper Darby, PA 19082. R-3 Residential District, 7th District, 2nd Precinct.

9-3 of 18: Application of State and Lansdowne Associates by Kravco Company LLC for a Variance for relief from Article V, Section 503-F.6.c (General Design Standards) to allow the relocation of an existing refuse area to be at least 10 from street right-of-way line; situate 815 Lansdowne Ave, Upper Darby, PA 19082. C-2 Traditional General Commercial District, 4th District, 9th Precinct.
