PUBLIC NOTICE ZONING HEARING MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board under "The Upper Darby Ordinance of 2001" will hold a Public
Hearing on Thursday, February 25, 2010, at 7:00 P.M. in the Municipal Building, Council Room, Second Floor, located
at 100 Garrett Road, Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, for the purpose of hearing persons who would be affected by the
Granting of these Applications who care to be heard for or against the granting of the following applications for Special
Exceptions, Variance or Appeal from the terms of the aforesaid Ordinances.
#2-1 OF 10. Application of VIENNA CIGAR CLUB, for Use Variance to permit private cigar club; situate 8232 West
Chester Pike, Upper Darby, Pennsylvania. 4th District. O Office Zoning District.
#2-2 OF 10. Application of JOHN CAWLEY, for Variance to permit legalization of wall sign exceeding maximum
allowable size; situate 8001 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, Pennsylvania. 4th District. C-1 Commercial
Zoning
District.
#2-3 OF 10. Application of MARTELLA ENTERPRISES, LLC, for Variance to convert second and third floor into a
one bedroom apartment; situate 9101 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, Pennsylvania. 4th District. C-1
Commercial Zoning District.
The Zoning Hearing Board will hold a Sunshine Meeting at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled zoning hearing
to dispose of both old and new business.
All communication relative to the zoning applications are to be addressed to Jeffrey N. Gentile, Department of License
& Inspection, Municipal Building, Room 109, 100 Garrett Road, Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, 19082-3135.
