_ PUBLIC WORKS  General Info | Trash | Recycling | Emergency Snow Plan   Trash must be out for pickup no later than 7:00 A.M. of your scheduled trash day or the night before or it will not be picked up. Trash is to be placed at your trash line, either curbside or driveway. There is a $10 fee per bulk item that must be paid prior to pickup. This fee can be paid in person or mailed to the Upper Darby Township Building, Room #301. The check should be made out to Upper Darby Township.
