Zoning Maps and Meetings
NEW ZONING ORDINANCE UPPER DARBY TOWNSHIP HAS CONTRACTED WITH THE FIRM OF WALLACE, ROBERTS AND TODD TO ASSIST THE TOWNSHIP IN THE PREPARATION OF A NEW ZONING CODE. THIS NEW ZONING CODE WILL ASSIST THE TOWNSHIP IN IMPLEMENTING THE LAND USE VISION OF THE TOWNSHIP'S COMPREHENSIVE PLAN. THE ZONING CODE HELPS TO PROTECT THE HEALTH, SAFETY AND GENERAL WELFARE OF TOWNSHIP RESIDENTS BY REGULATING THE USE OF LAND AND REGULATING THE DENSITY AND INTENSITY OF DEVELOPMENT IN UPPER DARBY TOWNSHIP.
