_ PUBLIC HEALTH  General Info | Dog Licenses | Health News | Dog Park State dog licenses can be downloaded below and are available at the Township Building for all Upper Darby Township and Delaware County residents. The Public Health Department Office, on the third floor of the Township Building, is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. License Costs are as follows: Regular License Spayed or Neutered $6.50 Regular License Not Spayed or Neutered $8.50 Senior Citizen License (65 yrs. or older) Spayed or Neutered $4.50 Senior Citizen License (65 yrs. or older) Not Spayed or Neutered $6.50   Download and Print State Dog License If you do not already have Adobe Acrobat Reader, click the yellow graphic below to get the latest version.
