_ HOME RULE CHARTER ARTICLE XII: General Provisions   Section 1201. Amendments Amendments to this Charter shall be in conformity with the provisions of Act 62 of 1972, and as amended from time to time.   Section 1202. Election Procedures The procedure for the nomination and election of all Township officials shall be in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Election Code.   Section 1203.
