_ HOME RULE CHARTER ARTICLE I: Name and Boundaries Section 101. Name Upper Darby Township shall continue to be a municipal corporation under the name of "Upper Darby Township". As used in this Charter, the word "Township" shall mean the Home Rule Charter Township of Upper Darby in Delaware County, Pennsylvania.   Section 102.
