This is an exploratory course which is an introduction to Martial Arts. Includes the basic concepts of fitness, forms, self-defense, kicking and others.
This course is available to first–time students only.

This course is designed for boys and girls ages 6 to 15 years.
Wear comfortable sweats with long sleeves and pants.
