Public Works

L. Fernando Baldivieso, P.E., is a registered professional civil engineer and serves as the Director of Public Works and the Township Engineer.

In the capacity of the Director of Public Works, Mr. Baldivieso is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the physical structures and facilities that are owned and maintained by the Township to house governmental functions and to provide waste and recycling disposal, transportation and similar operations and services.

In the capacity of the Township Engineer, Mr. Baldivieso is responsible for the design and construction of all public works facilities.
