Parking Enforcement

Vincent J Ficchi assumed the position of Director of Parking Enforcement in April; 2008. Previously Vince was a member of the Upper Darby Township Police Department retiring as Superintendent of Police. He served the department for twenty seven years.

In addition to his management background Vince received his BA Degree from Temple University and a Masters Degree from Villanova University. Mr.Ficchi is responsible for administering and overseeing all parking services and regulations, evaluating operations and facilities, and responding to citizen questions and complaints.
