Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board under "The Upper Darby Ordinance of 2010" will hold a regularly scheduled Public Hearing on Thursday February 22, 2018 at 7:00 P.M. in the Municipal Building, Council Room, Second Floor, located at 100 Garrett Road, Upper Darby, Pennsylvania. The Board will consider matters within its jurisdiction and will receive testimony from persons who would be affected by the Granting of these Applications for Special Exception, Variance or Appeal from the terms of the aforesaid ordinances.

2-1 of 18: Application of Eileen R. Callahan for a Special Exception to permit the installation of an accessory dwelling unit on the second floor of the principal dwelling unit; situate 516 Mason Avenue, Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania. R-2 Residential Zoning District, 3rd District, 5th Precinct.

2-2 of 18: Application of Golden Mermaid Inc. for a Use Variance for relief from Article III, Section 301 to allow building to be leased to a non-profit organization with the intent to use it as an Independent Living Facility for girls with daycare services on premise and a Variance for relief from off-street parking requirements; situate 150 Hampden Road, Upper Darby, Pennsylvania. R-3 Residential Zoning District, 7th District, 4th Precinct.

2-6 of 18: Application of O D Investments, LLC for a Use Variance to permit property to be used as a contractor’s office, shop and showroom for roofing, siding, window and door sales as well as storage of materials with erection of garages for the parking of vehicles and storage. Additional Variance for relief from minimum side yard setback requirement of fifteen feet and Variance for relief from minimum rear yard setback requirement of fifteen feet ; situate 8501 Lansdowne Avenue, Upper Darby, Pennsylvania.
