Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board under "The Upper Darby Ordinance of 2010" will hold a regularly scheduled Public Hearing on Thursday January 25, 2018 at 7:00 P.M. in the Municipal Building, Council Room, Second Floor, located at 100 Garrett Road, Upper Darby, Pennsylvania. The Board will consider matters within its jurisdiction and will receive testimony from persons who would be affected by the Granting of these Applications for Special Exception, Variance or Appeal from the terms of the aforesaid ordinances.

1-1 of 18: Application of Golden Mermaid Inc. for a Use Variance with relief from Article III, Section 301 to allow building to be leased to a small business or a medical/urgent care clinic which is not a use permitted by right in the R-3 Residential Zoning District and a Variance for relief from off-street parking requirements; situate 150 Hampden Road, Upper Darby, Pennsylvania. R-3 Residential Zoning District, 7th District, 4th Precinct.

1-2 of 18: Application of Laura Feldman for a Use Variance to permit a fourth unit attic apartment and a Variance for relief from off-street parking requirements; situate 104 S. Carol Blvd; Upper Darby, Pennsylvania. R-2 Residential Zoning District, 4th District, 9th Precinct.

1-3 of 18: Application of Michael Majewski, Jr. (M2 Consulting , LLC.) for a Variance with relief from Article III, Section 301 to allow the operation of a subcontracting security installation company with limited product equipment storage and inventory management on premises; situate 723 Secane Avenue; Primos, Pennsylvania. C-2 Traditional General Commercial Zoning District, 2nd District, 7th Precinct.

1-4 of 18: Application of McDonald’s USA, LLC for relief from Article IX, Section 902-G.3.b to permit a total of four signs attached to the structure in lieu of the maximum permitted of three and relief from Section 902-I.2 to permit two changeable electronic variable message signs in lieu of the maximum allowed of one per site; situate 5008 Township Line Road; Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania. C-2 Traditional General Commercial Zoning District, 1st District, 1st Precinct.
