Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board under "The Upper Darby Ordinance of 2010" will hold a regularly scheduled Public Hearing on Thursday September 28, 2017 at 7:00 P.M. in the Municipal Building, Council Room, Second Floor, located at 100 Garrett Road, Upper Darby, Pennsylvania. The Board will consider matters within its jurisdiction and will receive testimony from persons who would be affected by the Granting of these Applications for Special Exception, Variance or Appeal from the terms of the aforesaid ordinances.

9-1 of 17: Application of Batchelor Brothers, Inc, for Variance from off-street parking requirements due to the elimination of six existing parking spaces; situate 3215 Garrett Road. (aka 400 Shadeland Avenue), Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania. C-1 Commercial Zoning District, 3rd District 5th Precinct.

9-2 of 17: Application of Abbi Richards, for a relief from Article III, Section 301 to allow a daycare which is not a use permitted by right in the R-2 Zoning District; situate 7000 Pennsylvania Avenue, Upper Darby, Pennsylvania. R-2 Residential Zoning District, 5th District 1st Precinct.

9-3 of 17: Application of Sheila Modglin to install front yard greenhouse with relief from front yard setback requirements and relief from previous variances by expanding the existing Community Arts Center; situate 41 Sunshine Road, Upper Darby, Pennsylvania. R-3 Residential Zoning District, 5th District 10th Precinct.
